Amendment Standard – Active.Practical methods for making laboratory measurements of electroacoustic characteristics of analog and digital telephones, handsets, and headsets are presented. The methods may also be applicable to a wide variety of other communications equipment, including cordless, wireless, and mobile communications devices.
